Today we want to share a “park workout” with you. It is possible to accomplish a solid workout even if you don’t have access to a gym or equipment. There are objects in our every day life that we can use to workout with, it just takes a little creativity.
Today’s workout is focused on the lower body and core. As always, if you wish to make any of the movements harder then add some weight (dumbbells, a rock, a water jug or a small child 👈🏼 try it )
