Today’s workout is a fun EMOM. An EMOM stands for ‘every minute on the minute’. You’ll need a timer for this one. We suggest using the app called Interval Timer. You have 50 seconds to complete each movement. Then you have a quick 10 seconds to catch your breath and set yourself up for your next movement. EMOMs are fun because you’re racing the clock. You want to hurry and complete the number of reps before your buzzer goes off! Your first time through each of the moves might feel easy. As you start to fatigue, you’ll find that it’ll be harder to finish all the reps before the buzzer goes off.
