Why Wholly Mother?

Our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits are so intertwined. We wholeheartedly believe that we can be at peace and balance with ourselves in every area of life.

 

The heart behind Wholly Mother (and the play on words) is that we would look at the whole picture of what makes us who we are. Our desire is to encourage you and provide resources for you to live into the best version of yourself.

 

Honor yourself in your wellness journey by taking some time to figure out where there needs to be a shift or balance. It can be as simple as taking a moment to reflect on your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

 

Some starter questions could be;

Am I obsessing over workouts or are they enjoyable and a life giving discipline in my life?

 

How do I align my emotions and my diet so that I am eating intuitively, not emotionally?

 

Am I so focused on intellect that I am ignoring my physical body?

 

What do I believe about myself and how does that reflect in your mental state and inner dialogue?
