This time of year can often bring lots of social gatherings, to-do lists, travel, floods of emotion- overall it can be full on! Staying grounded is so important so this week at @wholly_mother we are focusing on that. Check out some of our previous posts by @aseedinspired on how to create more time, @christinaquist on how advent can be imperfect and still so beautiful, and our posts on gentle detox (including the physical act of grounding). And do this simple exercise with us this week (maybe more than once, maybe tattoo it on your body or stick it on your fridge)
