Today’s Wholly Mother workout is going to give your legs and glutes a good burn! You’ll do each round three times in a row (round 1 three times in a row before starting round 2) If you have access to weights, use them to create an extra burn. Challenge yourself by setting a timer for 30 minutes. Try your hardest to crush this workout before your timer goes off!
